Product Description:
The machine adopts servo motor to drive the rotary table, and the vertical turntable drives a plurality of fixtures to work at the same time. The precision positioning device is adopted, and the rotation positioning accuracy is high. The bar feeder can feed the long strip inside the machine for processing automatically, one time can put 10 pieces of 3-5 meters long housing bar. The machine is controlled by PLC and HMI touching screen panel, the processing parameters can be set freely. One machine can replace several ordinary machines, and one worker can operate 2-3 machines at the same time, which is highly efficient. The machined products are one-time clamping and multi-process working at the same time, which avoids the error caused by repeated positioning of the product.
